Difference Between CPA and CFO

A CPA, aka Certified Public Accountant, focuses on tax preparation, audits, bookkeeping, financial statements, and financial compliance. They are like detectives, making sure no financial laws are broken.

On the other hand, a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) guides the company’s financial future. They look at the broader aspects and work with the leadership to decide on funds allocation. Think of them as a captain steering the ship towards the land (we mean growth 😉)

The CPA may highlight tax benefits, while the CFO can decide how to use savings for growth.
