Do Property Management Companies Pay Up Front For Roof Replacement?

Property management companies typically don’t pay upfront for roof replacements. Instead, they use funds from the property’s reserve account, which is the property owner’s fund.

In addition, they can coordinate with owners to cover the cost directly. If no funds are available, they can arrange a payment plan or special assessment.

If you are still confused, think of it as a road trip, and you are the trip leader (property manager). You’ll collect gas money from everyone before the trip. So, you’ll use their money when the tank runs low.
