Are Roofing Companies Liable for Damage?

Roofing companies can be liable for damage caused during their work, depending on the circumstances. If the damage is caused by improper installation, worker negligence, or failure to follow safety protocols, the company may be held responsible.

However, if damages are caused by unforeseeable events like bad weather, roofing companies aren’t liable. It’s important for any roofing company to have liability insurance to cover such situations.

This reminds us of the time the delivery person spilt our food. The restaurant claimed full responsibility. However, it would not have been claimed if our dog had snatched it before the delivery person.
