Can You File Bankruptcy Without Filing Taxes?  

In most cases, you can’t file for bankruptcy without filing taxes. In the US and Canada, bankruptcy requires recent tax returns of at least 2-4 years to check your eligibility. Without taxes, your case could be delayed or dismissed.   

It reminds us of a potluck party we had. Everyone brought their dishes except Tom, so he didn’t get anything (not literally; we later made him part of the party. Hey, he’s our friend).
